SERVICES

MAINTENANCE
Snow Removal	Prompt, efficient snow removal: Plowing of driveways, streets, parking lots, etc. Shoveling of sidewalks, walkways, special areas.
Turf Service Visits	Mow turf, string trim all walks, and drives. Blow debris from walks, decks, and drives. (Weekly or bi-weekly)
Turf Applications	Seasonal weed prevention and fertilization of turf. (4 to 6 times a season)
Clean Up	Weed and remove debris from beds and hardscape areas and general clean up of the turf areas. (Monthly, bi-monthly or as needed)
Edging	Spade edge all ornamental beds, walks and drives. (Monthly, bi-monthly or as needed)
Mulching	Prepare all beds; deliver and spread mulch to approx. 2” depth. (Monthly, bi-monthly or as needed)
Prune/ Shear	Prune and/or shear trees and/or shrubs. Remove dead/damaged material to maintain overall shape. (Monthly, bi-monthly or as needed)
Aeration/ Overseed	Renovate turf to promote growth. (Early Fall)
Leaf Removal	Remove all leaves from turf, ornamental, and hardscape areas. (Late fall.)
LANDSCAPING
Water Features	Custom build waterfalls and ponds
Hardscaping	Construct flagstone/paver walkways and patios.
Design/ Install	Meet with our landscape designer for help on making a plan that will create your new lifestyle.
